Upload a picture and description about why this mother is so special, and you’ll receive a $5 coupon code to use at CarolsCookies.com for participating. Each submission will be considered “pending” until approved by the Carol’s Cookies team – don’t worry, we’re fast! Once your nominee is live, share it with your Facebook community and ask your friends & family to vote for your #SweetestMom.
