Shipping and Pickup

Important Notes on Shipping & Pick Up Orders:

  • Shipping times may be negatively affected due to weather delays or service issues initiated by UPS.
  • We ship online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure cookie freshness.
  • If you place an order after 1:00 pm (CT), your order will be released on the next available ship date. All orders ship to arrive within two (2) days due to the perishable nature of our handmade cookies.
  • We offer a local pickup option at our bakery in Northbrook, IL only, which you can choose at checkout.
